ROLE  /  DESIGN DIRECTOR, DIGITAL STRATEGIST & DESIGNER

THE CHALLENGE

ITRS Opsview needed to sharpen its positioning within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) market. Competing against dominant hyperscalers meant clarity and differentiation were essential.

The campaign had to resonate with technically informed decision-makers while remaining commercially persuasive. Messaging needed focus. Visual language needed confidence. Conversion needed momentum.

THE PROCESS

The team and I's work began with market research and audience definition. What motivates MSPs? Where are competitors overpromising? Where could Opsview lead instead?

Strategy sessions clarified campaign objectives and key proof points. From there, layered moodboards and visual territories were explored to test tone and hierarchy.

Content structure for the eBook and landing pages was mapped early, ensuring complex monitoring concepts could be communicated with clarity and flow. Iteration cycles with marketing and stakeholders refined both message and execution.

THE SYSTEM

A cohesive visual and campaign system was developed across multiple
formats.
Structured layouts simplified technical information. Illustration and graphic devices supported clarity without overwhelming the message. Landing page UX was streamlined to prioritise conversion pathways. The result was a repeatable campaign framework designed for scale across channels.
