THE CHALLENGE

The Wavin PolderRoof® is Wavin's world-first sustainable solution to smart rooftop water management, enabling controlled storage of rainwater for future use. Aqora is the digital platform that facilitates user interaction with this product, with the ability to check insights and monitor performance. It needed to communicate technical depth without overwhelming users. Engineers required precision. Decision-makers needed clarity. The experience had to serve both. 

THE PROCESS

Stakeholder sessions defined primary user groups and critical flows. Journey mapping uncovered friction points early. Wireframes tested hierarchy and data presentation. UI explorations balanced structure with approachability. Scalability was a priority from the first component.
